What we collect and why

Contact form: when you send us a message we collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and message so we can respond to your inquiry and provide quotes. We keep submissions as a written record of the conversation.

Orders: when you place an order we collect your name, email, phone, and shipping address to fulfill the order, calculate shipping, and send order updates. Shipping details are shared with our carrier (UPS) to quote rates and deliver your order.

Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store it.

Security and analytics: we use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse, and Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless service — to understand site traffic. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not require an account to browse or buy.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@gorillawallbraces.com. We will retain order records as required for warranty coverage, accounting, and legal obligations.
